PhD, BSc (Hons), MRICS
Clare is a Chartered Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She specializes in programme, project, and commercial management across a wide range of sectors. Clare holds a PhD in Change Management and has managed large-scale projects in healthcare and infrastructure. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle, and she is NEC ECC accredited.
Tobias Williams - Managing Partner
BA (Hons), DipNEBOSH
Tobias brings over 16 years of experience in construction and workplace safety, health, and wellbeing. He has a robust background working with public and private sector clients, including Amazon, Rolls Royce, and the Department for Education. Tobias excels in project lifecycle management, de-risking projects pre-construction, and designing strategic systems deployed internationally to manage safety and health obligations.
