How do I find the right consultant?

Search by the service you need and where you are. You will get a list of companies that cover it. Read their profile, look at their qualifications and accreditations, then contact them directly using the details on their listing. We are not involved in that conversation.

What does it cost me to use this?

Nothing. Searching is free, contacting consultants is free, and there is no account to create. Consultants pay to be listed. Buyers never pay us anything.

Do you pass my details on to anyone?

No. We do not collect enquiries, we do not sell leads, and we do not share your details with consultants or anyone else. When you contact a company from this site, that message goes straight to them and we never see it.

How quickly will I hear back?

That is between you and the consultant, because you are contacting them directly rather than going through us. Most companies respond quickly, but we do not control it and will not pretend otherwise. If you need cover fast, contact two or three.

Do you check the consultants listed here?

Mostly no, and we would be wary of anyone who claims otherwise. Listings are built from publicly available information, and companies can claim their listing and add their own qualifications and accreditations.

The exception is the green register chips. Where you see one, we have looked that company up on the named public register on the date shown and they were listed. We do not check insurance, experience or quality, and no badge on this site claims we do.

Before you appoint anyone, ask for their qualifications for that specific work, their experience in your sector, and a current insurance certificate. Any competent consultant will provide all three.

Something on a listing is wrong, or I want mine removed.

Email us and we will fix it. If it is your company and you would rather not be listed at all, say so and we will take it down. No questions and no argument.

I am a consultant. How do I get listed?

You might already be. Search for your company first. If it is there, claim it free and it becomes yours to edit. If it is not, you can add it free. Featured listings are a paid upgrade, and the plans page explains what you get.
