Since leaving the UK military in 2005 for the private security sector, I have built extensive experience in security risk management, working as a consultant and auditor on global projects. My involvement in complex ambush scenarios as a protection officer led to a deep interest in leadership and decision-making, expanding my focus to include health, safety, environmental, and quality management.

With over 15 years of experience, I have successfully supported organizations worldwide, promoting best practices over compliance minimums and integrating strategic risk management principles across industries.
