While we take reasonable steps to check that submitted documents appear genuine, we do not independently validate the ongoing status, authenticity, or relevance of these documents. Users must carry out their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a listed consultant or business.

MySafetyConsultant.io does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of any consultant’s qualifications or services.

Membership Packages and Payments

We offer a variety of free and paid membership options. By purchasing a package, you agree to:
• Pay the applicable fees for the selected package
• Abide by the terms of your selected subscription or listing period

All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers. You will gain access to your membership features once payment is confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services are digital and activated immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except in the following limited cases:
• Technical issues that prevent access to services and cannot be resolved within 15–30 business days
• Duplicate payments made in error

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your subscription.
