IN2 Academy, part of IN2 Engineering, has been shaping the early careers of engineers in the UK and Ireland for over 15 years. The Academy offers placement students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to learn about innovative engineering solutions used in real-world projects directly from the experienced engineers who delivered them. The program goes beyond technical subjects and also focuses on communication and client service skills, which are essential for excelling as a professional engineer. IN2 Academy recognizes the importance of investing in young graduate engineers to not only benefit the company but also contribute to the overall development of the engineering profession. Many members of the IN2 Engineering team began their careers in the IN2 Academy and have progressed to Director level. The Academy offers a well-rounded skillset encompassing a range of technical subjects and best-practice soft skills. With a successful 2021, the IN2 Academy looks forward to welcoming new recruits in 2022.
