Mendick Waring Limited (MWL) is an established multi-disciplinary practice of Building Services Engineering Consultants based in North London. With a team of over 60 staff, led by four Directors, we provide a range of services including mechanical, electrical, sustainability, infrastructure, and fire consultancy. Our expertise extends to both new build developments and refurbishments of existing buildings, and we have a track record of successfully adapting and altering iconic and listed structures for new uses. At MWL, sustainability is a core value that drives our approach to every project. With an in-house team of architects, project managers, and civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, we develop strategies that not only meet our clients’ requirements but are also practical and buildable. We have extensive experience with National and International sustainability methodologies such as BREEAM, LEED, and Code for Sustainable Homes.
