Train2Work Academy is a voluntary not-for-profit, community-based training provider that has been advancing ambitions since 2009. With a three-star rating on the LDA’s London Observatory and extensive experience in training, subcontracting, and managing projects within welfare-to-work programs, Train2Work Academy is committed to equipping learners with the knowledge and training required to stand on their own feet and get back to work. Offering a range of courses and skills programs, Train2Work Academy specializes in training ethnic minorities and refugees, providing them with opportunities to thrive. Their short courses cover various areas, including functional skills in Mathematics, ICT, ESOL, employability training, CSCS Health & Safety Training, SIA Security Door Supervision II, and more. In addition to their own programs, Train2Work Academy collaborates with MI Skills Development Centre, College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CHENEL), and East London Advanced Technology Training (ELATT) to deliver employment and skills programs.
