W. O. Fire Safety Training

W. O. Fire Safety Training is run by William (Will) Ockleshaw, a freelance health and safety trainer and Technical Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers who is also a member of the Fire Protection Association, offering tailored fire safety and health & safety training for organisations and their staff. Drawing on nearly two decades of practical experience in roles including Fire Marshal, Fire Warden, Fire Safety Manager and Fire Safety and First Aid Lead — and experience in logistics management on commercial and mixed‑use developments — courses are practical, client‑centred and designed to build knowledge, skills and confidence. Training is developed to meet each organisation’s needs and places the client, staff and public at the centre of delivery, covering relevant legislation, industry and sector ACOPs and guidance to help maintain compliance. Certification options include Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF), Vocational Training Qualification (VTQ) and unregulated in‑house training, providing flexibility between accredited and cost‑effective approaches, and ongoing support and advice is offered. First aid courses are noted as being added soon.
