Only the heads directly above the fire operate, and between them they discharge far less water than a fire service hose. Accidental discharge is rare in a properly designed and maintained system.
Look for LPCB or FIRAS certification, and ask for design, installation and commissioning certificates on completion rather than just an invoice.
